Melbourne has something for everyone. 

It has depth, style and soul.

It has presence. You can’t absorb its energy in a quick glance. I love it because there are so many opportunities to get immersed in the pulse of life.

It's alive with a vibrant arts and music scene. It is host of world class sporting events, it is a fashion capital and much, much more.

It's a friendly place: art on street corners, tree-lined boulevards and parklands that extend right into the heart of the city, and a unique tram system makes it easy to get around.

It has an amazing variety of sub-cultures and cityscapes - each with their own personality and style, eccentric Cafes, cobbled laneways, quirky shops, intimate bars and restaurants….

 No wonder that it has been voted one of the most livable cities in the world for years in a row.

I have never in any other place encountered this passion with which Melburnians embrace their city and pursue their activities.

Ask them: most will tell you, they LOVE their city.

It is also the city of my choice (and I have lived in a few), - this is a site by a real Melburnian.

Melbourne is a fantastic place to travel to and visit, - and an even better place to be.
